Kitui comrades, this is the time for Gen Z and millennials to be the masters of their destinies and captains of their ship.
We are 75% of the electorate, but less than 0.01% of us are in elected positions fighting for our rights and interests. We now have to send a clear message to the political bigwigs: there can be no taxation of Gen Z and millennials without their representation.
Things must change. We cannot forever remain the leaders of tomorrow. We are no longer going to be on the menu; we now demand a seat at the high table.
It is a present reality.
While some politicians still call young people “leaders of tomorrow,” Kalii David believes they are ready to lead today: energetic, educated, outspoken, and accountable.
His bid for the Kitui Senate seat is about more than one candidate. It is about making room for a whole generation to rise, deliver results, protect public resources, and bring a new standard of integrity to county oversight.
